Acharya, under the National Service Scheme and in association with Yuvaka Sangha, a Bengaluru-based non-profit organization, successfully drove the Haritvam Water Positive Initiative to restore Bengaluru’s traditional water harvesting systems. By rejuvenating 13 water bodies, the initiative made a significant impact on water conservation, contributing to a sustainable future.

The EduphyDigital Centre of Excellence was inaugurated, featuring partnerships with Autodesk, Bentley, Trimble, and PTC. The Acharya Innovation Challenge brought together 30 teams, including 15 from external colleges, showcasing creativity and entrepreneurship. Held on October 17, the event strengthened ties between academia and industry. Shortlisted teams will receive 12 months of free incubation at the Acharya Technology Business Incubator, fostering innovation and preparing students for real-world challenges.

Students from the Department of Optometry, along with faculty from Acharya Institute of Allied Health Sciences, visited Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital in Whitefield.
