PHD - PHARMACEUTICAL ANALYSIS

The Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis aims to focus on the development and validation of analytical methods using new combinations of established instrumentation and approaches. Research in identity, purity, content evaluation and determination of excipients, and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) in various dosage forms. Research in the department includes analytical sciences pertaining to qualitative and quantitative estimation of natural and synthetic compounds in various matrices with the application of spectroscopy, and chromatographic methods.

Program Overview

Duration : Full-time course is for a minimum period of 3 Years and for a part-time course is for a minimum period of 5 Years
Eligibility : Candidates with M.Pharm degree awarded by a College/University recognized by AICTE/PCI/RGUHS or a P.G. Degree in Pharmacy considered as equivalent by RGUHS, are eligible for enrollment for the PhD course in Pharmacy.
