Acharya is proud to cater to students from diverse backgrounds, all of who have made their campus life an enriching one, thanks to the various activities the college offer. From engaging in various clubs spanning cultural, academic, and recreational interests to participating in a wide range of sports, students have ample opportunities for personal growth and community involvement. For instance, Acharya has more than 10 clubs, including music club, dance club, photography club and others, that provide students with necessary recreational avenues.

Acharya also stands as a beacon of excellence within the Karnataka and Goa Directorate of the NCC, consistently demonstrating its commitment to both the organization and the nation through the dynamic endeavors of its cadets. Our cadets have represented the Directorate at the esteemed Republic Day Parade held annually in New Delhi, and they have consistently brought home prestigious awards at various esteemed camps and competitions, including the TSC and IGC.

The sporting facility at Acharya is one of the best in the country. The institution’s 10,000-seater stadium, enhanced with state-of-the-art floodlights for optimal illumination, adds a touch of grandeur to sporting events hosted within its premises.

Events like 'Habba,' the annual three-day techno-cultural festival, showcase the talents and creativity of our student body.

The presence of an active alumni network fosters mentorship and career guidance, while the cafeteria, located in various focal points around the 120-acre campus, serves as a hub for socializing and relaxation. With comfortable hostel accommodations, state-of-the-art laboratories, a well-stocked library, and modern classrooms, Acharya students have access to resources that enhance their academic journey.

Vishnu Vardhan Reddy M R, a CSE (Data Science) student from Acharya Institute of Technology, won the Times of India's "Leaders on Campus - Entrepreneurship Quiz" contest in Bengaluru. The Times of India's new initiative, Leaders on Campus, brings top leaders to colleges, featuring talks by prominent business and industry experts. This initiative offers students valuable insights and inspiration to pursue their professional dreams.

Congratulations to Simon Fathima from the MBA 2021-2023 batch at Acharya Institute of Technology for achieving the 10th rank in VTU with an impressive CGPA of 8.83!

Akanksha Awasthi, a 4th semester MCA student at Acharya Institute of Technology, secured a Silver Medal in the VTU State Level Taekwondo Competition held at GAT, Bengaluru.

We are thrilled to announce that Mr. Ashwin K, a student from our AIT Mechanical Engineering department, has achieved an impressive Rank 6 in the GATE examination and secured admission to IISc for his postgraduate studies.

Nithin N J, a student of AIGS, has triumphed once again by winning the Dance Deewane 2024 trophy on colors TV. Previously, he also won the Dance Kannada Dance reality show, showcasing his exceptional talent and dedication to dance.

"Creating Livelihood Through Digital Literacy" - The collaboration between Nasscom Foundation and Quest Global has significantly enhanced the program's impact for engineering students. This initiative notably rewards the top 5 performers with laptops, further motivating participants. Sanjay S from Acharya Institute of Technology emerged as the top performer, recognized for his outstanding progress and performance during the training sessions.
