Objectives of the Program |

Mr. H. Rajanikanth
Mr. H. Rajanikanth, has got total of 14 years of experience in Engineering (Aeronautical sector) and parallelly 10 years in Teaching field.
His skills are:
- Installation of Sensors (NADP, SADP, AOA Vane, INGPS, ASA and RSA) in an Aircraft using installation tools CATIA V5R19, ENOVIA(VPM).
- Installation of a weapons i.e. Drop tanks, Bombs etc. in LCA aircraft.
- Simulating the angular ejection of dummy drop tanks using test set-up.
- 3D CAD Modeling of Aircraft Structural Components such as Brackets, Longerons, Bulkheads, Spars, Ribs, stringers etc. in CATIA V5 R19.
- Design and Development of Ground Handling Equipment / Ground support Equipment.
- Rain Water Clearance Test on Tejas A/c.
- Reverse Engineering - Realization of 3D CAD Models of LRUs & Realization of 3D CAD Models of Pipelines.
- Testing, upgrade for Prototype aircraft – Flight.
Working Experience as an engineer:
- He started his career in Feb 2005 and joined as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (Aircraft Research & Design Centre), Bengaluru.
- In March 2006 he has joined Gas Turbine Research Establishment, Bengaluru as an engineer in Combustion dept.
- In March 2008 he has joined Aeronautical Development Agency, Bengaluru as an engineer. .
- He is currently working as an Engineer in Flight Line Group – LCA Air Force, Mk1 Directorate from July 2016.
Working Experience in Teaching field:
- He initially Worked as Principal at Kolar sub-center of Government Tool Room and Training Centre (GTTC)
- Currently, He is working as teaching Faculty at PG/PD Dept. of Government Tool Room and Training Centre (GTTC), Bengaluru.
