| 03. Drawing competition will be of the theme - "Tsunami" |
| 04. Drawing with any tools is permitted. Drawing sheets and drawing materials shoud be brought by participants only. Carying of reference drawings/reference sheets/mobile usage is restriced |
| 05. Time limits will be 2 Hrs from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM |
| 06. Decision of external judge will be final. |

| 06. Decision of judges will be final. |
