Objectives of the Program
  • Awareness on organic farming and best practices.
  • Promotion of seeds, saplings, organic manure and coco peat that are developed by IIHR Bangalore.
  • To promote a small and effective tools for farming and de-weeding.
Expected Outcome of the Program
  • Increased Awareness of Organic Farming Practices: Participants will gain a clear understanding of organic farming methods, including sustainable and eco-friendly techniques, and their benefits in improving soil fertility and reducing environmental impact.
  • Adoption of Organic Inputs: Farmers and participants will be encouraged to adopt high- quality organic inputs such as seeds, saplings, organic manure, and coco peat developed by IIHR Bangalore, leading to improved agricultural productivity and reduced dependency on chemical inputs.
  • Empowerment with Farming Tools: Participants will be introduced to small and effective farming tools and de-weeding equipment, enhancing their efficiency and reducing manual labor in organic farming practices.
