PATENT / DESIGN / TRADEMARK ATTORNEY IN INDIA, UAE & USA MANAGING PARTNER – DUXLEGIS ATTORNEYS – INDIA / DUXLEGIS IP LLC - USA PARTNER & GLOBAL HEAD OF PATENT PRACTICE AT AUDIRI VOX, UAEAdv. Verma has handled and managed large IP projects for multiple national and international clients involving framing IP strategy and IP implementation framework, assisting clients to build their IP portfolio. Specifically, in High Tech industry, he has handled a variety of issues including protection of software patents in India. He has advised on issues related to SEPs, technology standards and indemnification for Patent/IP-Infringement. Adv. Verma also has rich experience in technology deployment involving implementation of telecom and IT infrastructure, and software development. Adv. Verma appears regularly before various Indian Patent Offices and before IPAB (now High Courts) in hearing matters of Patents and Trade Marks. Presently, practicing IP litigation in Bombay High Court, other lower courts and High Court of Delhi.
