Eligibility & Participation

  • Participants must be current college students.
  • A team must consist of a minimum of 1 participant and a maximum of 4 participants.
  • More than one team with different projects from the same college is allowed to participate.
  • A participant cannot register in multiple teams.

General Guidelines

  • Any form of unfair practice will lead to disqualification.
  • Participants must ensure they are present at the venue prior to the event start time for setup.
  • The organizers will not be responsible for personal belongings.
  • The college is not responsible for technical failures of projects.
  • Internet facilities will not be provided by the college.
  • On-the-spot registrations are also allowed.

During Event Rules

  • Timeframe : The event will last for 3 hours.
  • Original Work : All code must be original and created during the event.
  • Open-Source : Participants are encouraged to open-source their solutions.
  • Collaboration : Participants can collaborate with mentors and teammates.
  • Hardware Participants must bring their own devices.
  • Mobile and Smart watches are strictly prohibited during the event.

  • There will be Classic Bermuda Match at first
  • Top two team will play Qualifier (CS match)
  • Qualifier Rules will be informed during the event date
  • Character Skills and Gun Attributes will be Turned off
  • In case of disconnection due to high ping, no rematch will be conducted

Gaming 2 : BGMI RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Team Event, 4 members per Team
  • There will be Classic Erangle match at first
  • The top two teams will play Qualifier (TDM match)
  • BGMI account/ID level should be 50 and above
  • In case of disconnection due to high ping, no rematch will be conducted
  • Hacks, glitches, or modding are strictly prohibited
  • No verbal abuse or teaming with other players is allowed
  • The college will not provide Wi-Fi or internet access

Gaming 3 : VALORANT RULES AND REGULATIONS

Team Size :

Each team must consist of 5 players.

Disqualification Criteria :

  • Players or teams may be disqualified for the following reasons:Suspicious activity (e.g., cheating or exploiting).
  • Abuse through text communications.
  • Abuse through voice communications.
  • Use of offensive in-game names.
  • Disrespectful behavior towards players, organizers, or spectators.
  • Additional rules may be introducedonthespot.

Scoring :

  • After completion of every round scores will be displayed to all teams.
  • In case of a tie, Next round will be scheduled with more constraints to decide the winner.

01. Eligibility & Participation

  • This is an inter-college competition. Participants must be currently enrolled students from recognized institutions.
  • Participants must carry valid college ID cards for verification at the time of competition.
  • The event permits team participation (limit to 4 members per team).
  • One participant cannot register in multiple teams.

02. Registration & Entry Fees

  • Prior registration is mandatory via the event portal/website. On-the-spot registration will not be entertained.
  • The registration deadline must be adhered to strictly. Late registrations will not be considered under any circumstances.
  • Entry fee must be paid online in the portal. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

03. Competition Format

  • Participants will be given a design challenge/problem statement at the start of the event.
  • All work must be created during the event; pre-designed templates or plagiarized content will lead to disqualification.
  • Time allotted for the competition will be 2-3 hours (exact time will be announced on the day).
  • Teams/Participants must submit:
    • Wireframes (basic structure, acting as a blueprint of the design).
    • High-fidelity prototypes along with entire Design (detailed, interactive design closely resembling the final product).
  • Presentation : Teams must present their designs to the judges for 5-7 minutes, explaining the design process and thought behind their choices.

04. Permitted Tools & Resources

  • Participants can use design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva, etc.
  • Internet usage is allowed only for references and research, but direct copying or plagiarism will result in disqualification.
  • All participants must bring their own laptops and chargers. The organizing team will not provide technical equipment.
  • Backup your files and ensure they are accessible offline, in case of network disruptions.

05. Submission Guidelines

  • Participants must submit their designs on time in one of the following formats:
    • PDF of wireframes and final screens
    • Shareable link to the prototype (if online tools are used)
  • Late submissions will not be accepted, regardless of technical or personal reasons.
  • Designs should follow the format mentioned in the problem statement, or points will be deducted.

06. Judging Criteria

  • The judging panel will evaluate the designs based on the following parameters:
    • Creativity & Innovation – How original and inventive the idea is.
    • User Experience (UX) – Usability, accessibility, and user-centric design.
    • Visual Design (UI) – Aesthetic appeal and consistency.
    • Feasibility – Practicality of implementation.
    • Presentation & Clarity – Ability to convey ideas effectively.
  • The judges' decision will be final and binding. No objections or re-evaluations will be entertained.

07. Disqualification Rules

  • Plagiarized designs or use of copyrighted content will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Misconduct or inappropriate behavior with event organizers, judges, or other participants will not be tolerated and may lead to expulsion from the event.
  • Failure to comply with submission deadlines will result in disqualification.

08. Code of Conduct

  • All participants must maintain professional behavior throughout the competition.
  • No communication with other teams or external persons during the competition will be allowed.
  • Mobile phones must be on silent mode during the event. Use of phones is limited to research purposes only.
  • Any form of unfair practices will lead to disqualification, and the team’s college will be informed.

09. Logistics & Support

  • Participants must ensure they are present at the venue 30 minutes prior to the event start time for setup.
  • Organizers will not be responsible for personal belongings or technical failures of devices.
  • In case of emergencies, participants must immediately inform the organizing coordinator.

10. Prizes & Certification

  • Cash prizes & certificates will be awarded to the winners.
  • All participants will receive certificates of participation.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other benefits.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or concerns must be raised only with the event coordinators.
  • The decision of the event organizers and judges will be final and binding. No further requests for reconsideration will be entertained.

  • Use relevant examples and evidence to support your arguments effectively.

  • Don’t get personal while arguing; focus on the topic, not the individual.
  • Don’t ignore instructions or overlook your opponents’ argument points.
  • Don’t interrupt; speak only during your allotted time.
  • Don’t rely solely on memorized content; frame and deliver your thoughts naturally.
  • Don’t disregard the decisions of judges and organizers; if you have concerns, address them privately.
  • Don’t overuse filler words like “um,” “ah,” and “like” to maintain a clear structure in your speech.
  • Don’t hesitate to ask for clarification if you don’t understand a point made by your opponent.
