The Physics and Chemistry Department was established in 2011 with Undergraduate Programme for B.Sc. Degree. Later on, in 2013 Post Graduate programme was started. In our vision and mission we tend to educate students with sound knowledge and offer training. The Department is recognized for diverse research under the areas of organic synthesis, organometallic, bioinorganic, green chemistry, catalysis, biochemistry, nano-composites, super capacitors, crystallography, charge transport and sensors. The Department has signed MoU with industries to engage staff and students in industry-academia training sessions, hands-on-training and internships to understand the industry requirements and practice recent techniques. The students and staff are involved in various curricular, co-curricular, extracurricular and extension activities.
Established under J.M.J educational society 33 years ago, we at Acharya Institutes, Bangalore are proud to be the choice of students from around the world.
