Acharya’s NRV School of Architecture was founded in 2009 as an independent Architecture College. Though Acharya’s NRV School of Architecture is just about seven years old, it has grown in reputation to be one of the premier institutions imparting Architectural education in Bangalore. This phenomenal growth can be attributed to the passion with which the institution has been nurtured by the Chairman of Acharya Group. It is nestled in its own landscaped building within the 120 acre Acharya Campus. The Architect designed Campus with its aesthetically appealing buildings set in sylvan surroundings acts as an inspiration for students who wish to pursue Architecture as a career.
"WE IN “Acharya NRV School of Architecture” BELIEVE THAT The essence of Architectural Education is to train the students to design the Built-environment to be in harmony with the natural environment. We ensure that they are responsible citizens and strive towards the preservation of Bio-diversity and heritage. We make sure that they are eco-conscious and strive towards maintaining the eco – balance and conservation of energy in all our design endeavours and strive towards the goal of sustainable and inclusive development through use of Cost effective and eco-friendly building technology. We strive towards the all round growth of the students in terms of their social awareness, design capability and sensitivity to nature and the eco-system."
"Our mission is to provide an educational environment where students can reach their full potential and become responsible citizens, to provide a scholarly environment where the talents of both, the faculty members and students are nurtured for the benefit of the society. We enable students to free themselves from the stereotyped ways of looking at things; instead constantly question and challenge themselves, society and the world at large. We believe in the paradigm of "Learning by Doing" . Students are encouraged to learn various aspects of Architecture by interacting with professionals in the field and engaging themselves in putting up pilot projects with the help of the various trades associated with the building industry. In keeping with our Motto of "Think Globally: act locally" , we intend to have a healthy interaction with Architecture Schools in the West."
